Description:

ELITE synthetic macro fibre wave is a patented polypropylene / polyethylene macro synthetic fiber successfully used to replace steel fibers, steel rebar, welded steel mesh etc....

Variety of applications of synthetic macro fibre is suitable for concrete and shotcrete, and are specifically used to provide equivalent tensile and bending resistance to conventional reinforcement requirements.

Concrete with our synthetic macro fiber will have three-dimensional reinforcing with enhanced flexural toughness,impact and abrasion resistance and will also help mitigate the formation of plastic shrinkage cracking in concrete.

◆ The shape is wave,which greatly improves the cohesive force between fibers and concrete,and also boosts shrinkage resistance and crack resistance.

◆ The toughness of macro fiber is less stronger than steel fibre.But test has shown slabs on grade and pre-cast concrete predominately require a dosage rate of between 25kg-40kg of steel fibers per cubic meter, in comparison,using between 2kg-6kg of macro synthetic fibre percubic meter of concrete. Synthetic fibers achieve greater strength and ductility in the matrix.
