Naphthalene-based Superplasticizer SNF Powder ELT-SNF

Naphthalene-based Superplasticizer ELT-SNF is made of naphthalene, sulforic acid, formalin and alkali, through sulphuration, hydrolyzation, condensation and neutralization reaction.

Naphthalene-based Superplasticizer ELT-SNF contains no chloride and will not promote corrosion in steel, ELT-SNF complies with the requirements of chemical admixture specifications for concrete: ASTM C 494, Type F; ASTM C 1017, GB8076-2008 and GB50119-2003.

USAGE of Naphthalene-based Superplasticizer

◆ Blending dosage at 0.5%-1.0%, 0.6%,0.75% mixing dosage advised.

◆ Prepare solutions as required.

◆ Direct use of powder agent is allowed.Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water Moisturization (water-cement ratio:60%).

Application of Naphthalene-based Superplasticizer

◆ Used for and widely for self-cured, vapor-cured concrete and its formulations. At the early stage of application, extremely prominent effects are shown. As the result, the modulus and site utilization can be drastically, the procedure of vapor cure is omitted in peak-heat summer days. Statistically 40-60 metric tons of coal will be preserved when a metric ton of the material is consumed.

◆ Suitable for preparation of early-strength, high-strength,high-anti-filtration and self-sealing & pumpable concrete.

◆ Widely used in pre-cast & ready-mixed concrete, armored concrete and pre-stressed reinforced concrete in key construction projects such as dam and port construction, road building & town planning projects and dwelling erections etc.

◆ Compatible with Portland cement, normal Portland cement, Portland slag cement, fly-ash cement and Portland pozzolanic cement etc.

Safety And Handling Precautions

Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde ELT-SNF, if direct and prolonged contact with eyes and skin may cause irritation. Wash the affected area of body with plenty of tap water immediately. If irritations persist for long time, please contact with doctor.

Packing And Storage

ELT-SNF POWDER can be supplied in 25kgs Woven bag with plastic liner, 16tons/1X20’gp

28tons/1X40’gp, It can also be supplied in customer’s required packing size with mutual discussion and agreements.

ELT-SNF POWDER recommended to store at ambient temperature in closed condition and to be protected from direct sunlight and rain.
