Descriptions of polypropylene fiber
Polypropylene fiber 6mm use 100% virgin polypropylene granules as raw materials, produced by advanced technology for fiber spinning, modified by adding functional additive and special surface-treating.
After Mix it into cement concrete or mortar, it has many advantages such as good dispersing, better water affinity, strong linking force, crack prevention, acid or alkali resistant.
Polypropylene fiber 6mm is suited for concrete reinforcement and crack prevention to cement concrete, dry mortar and plaster etc....
Polypropylene fiber is a monofilament polypropylene microfiber use for concrete or mortar reinforcement,
Quality complies with ASTM C1116 or EN14889-2 Standard.
The recommend dosage rate from 0.6kg/m3 to 3.0kg/m3.

Applying Instruction of polypropylene fiber
Dosage: for the common crack prevention, 0.9kg/m3 fibers to cement mortar Is good,
and for increasing reinforce and seepage resist application 1.8kg/m3 is good.
Stirring requirement :
The proportion of cement, sand and aggregate is no need to be changed.
Put cement, aggregate, additive and fiber together, then stir after adding enough water, mixing time for stirring can be prolonged for 2~3 minutes in order to make the compound mix completely.
Polypropylene fiber 6mm can be mixed with cement and other aggregates in advance, stirring by adding water at worksite before construction.
